Lara Szabo
She/her
Lara joined the team in early 2022. She is at McGill University, majoring in Bioresource engineering. She chose this major to develop technologies that will have a global impact in the fight against climate change. She is also currently head of Communications for M3D Club, and involved in Intramural Volleyball. She was the U1 representative for BESS during her first year. Although not sure about what she will do after graduating, her dream job would be to work around Sustainable energy. When not studying, she can probably be found exercising, journaling, or simply exploring nature. Lara is most excited to be involved in making McGill more sustainable, and hopefully inspiring others to take on similar practices to support our ecosystems!
