Alexander Kuijper Dickson

As one of the original founders of Mac Meadow, Alex joined the team in early 2021. He is in his U3 year at McGill University, double majoring in Bioresource Engineering and Professional Agronomy with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Alex chose to study because he is passionate about environmental stewardship, conservation and sustainable food systems. His dream job is to be an Ecological Engineer. Although he hasn't figured out what he plans to do after he graduates his goal is to continuously work on whatever he's interested in. In his free time, he plays intramural soccer at Mac and enjoys spending time outdoors. Alex also enjoys participating in engineering competitions such as the Deep Space Food Challenge and the Agridrone Competition. The part of the Mac Meadow project he is most excited about is to see all of the flowers bloom in the coming seasons.
